Choose a rewarding career path you love

Career counselling

Today, students and undergraduates need to start thinking about their careers early, yet many are unsure what direction to take with their interests and education. They're supposed to decide on a life-long career so early in life when they don't have enough self-awareness or sufficient understanding of what a particular role is like.

That's why some end up wanting to change their career path after a few years of work experience.

We know it isn’t easy to find your best career path but it is possible with the right amount of self-awareness and real-life perspective on what a career path looks like.

Our help in choosing a career path can make the process less stressful, more engaging and more fun. We support you in

  • Exploring your career aspirations
  • Making informed choices about subjects
  • Defining strengths and interests
  • Looking at all alternative pathways and future employment opportunities.

You’re individual profile and comprehensive report will be a valuable tool that will be a pivotal part of your lifelong career.

Specific areas outlined in your individual report and profile

  • Strengths – The positive behaviours that you demonstrate to others.
  • Natural talents and abilities – will identify potential career choices that will allow you to excel.
  • Think style and problem – solving. How you approach work, define solutions and the value you bring to an organisation.
  • Motivational needs – The environment and style that is best suited to bring out the best in you.
