Step 1 Career assessment

Work with us to clarify your career path. Get a holistic holistic career match that aligns with your thinking style, behaviour and interests through the lens of the real career environment. Understand your strengths and challenges and how they relate to the job and work environments.

Step 2 Career transition or advancement coaching planning

Your career assessment enables us to identify your current situation and what is important to you, uncover the direction you want to take, the challenges you may need to address and Explore your career options and get help identifying the career that best suits you.

Step 3. Individual career planning.

I will work together to build a career plan for you. This will include advice on the variety of roles and opportunities within industries that match your criteria. A review of the routes to entry and career opportunities that exist and identifying target companies within the sector. A skills analysis, how and when to gain additional skills and experience. Specific career coaching designed to enable you to take the next step in your current sector or organisation.

Step 4. Developing your skillset and techniques to get the role.

Writing job applications, building a strong CV and cover letter, Linkedin profile building. Interview preparation and coaching. Building a network and knowing the important factors for building long lasting relationships.

Personal profiling

A key part of our undergraduate program is to carry out a personal Psychometric assessment which provides you with an individual profile to build self-awareness around your interests, behaviours, what motivates you and what defines who you are. You’re individual profile and comprehensive report will be a valuable tool that will be a pivotal part of your lifelong career.
